Dr. Okazaki is Board Certified in hematology/oncology. He received a Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Hawaii. After completing his residency at Wadsworth VA Medical Center, California, Dr. Okazaki went on to complete a fellowship in hematology /oncology at the University of Minnesota Hospital and Clinics. In addition to providing general oncology care, Dr. Okazaki has special interests in melanoma, urologic malignancies, blood and marrow transplantation and immuno-therapy for cancer. Dr. Okazaki is Board Certified in hematology/oncology. Dr. Okazaki is affiliated with Straub Medical Center, Pali Momi Medical Center and Maui Memorial Medical Center.
